Holistic Weight Loss Class

Beginning in September we will be hosting HOLISTIC WEIGHT LOSS CLASS at our Brunswick store every TUESDAY night from 7pm-9-pm.

Our 2 hour per week class will help you find a supportive group to begin or help continue along your weight loss journey with a small group of new friends who will be emotionally supportive and help hold everyone accountable in a positive manner.

Each person will receive a personalized plan, an accountability journal, refreshments each class and an informative and modern class geared at losing weight and gaining physical and mental health.
